Sürdürülebilir Lojistik ve Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi grubu, tedarik zinciri yönetiminin stratejik yönetim, denizcilik, pazarlama, dijital dönüşüm ve mühendislik gibi farklı alanlarında çalışan araştırmacıları bir araya getirmektedir. Grup faaliyetleri kapsamında sürdürülebilir yeşil lojistik, yeşil liman, mavi ekonomi, denizcilik sürdürülebilirliği, döngüsel ekonomi ve sürdürülebilir tüketim davranışları gibi konularda ders verme, akademik yayın yapma, sektörel iş birliği geliştirme ve ulusal/uluslararası projeler yürütme faaliyetleri planlanmaktadır.
Bu çalışmalarla sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri yönetimi alanında akademik hayata ve endüstriye katkı sağlanması hedeflenmektedir. Grup üyeleri, halihazırda sürdürülebilirlik kapsamında aktif faaliyetler yürütmektedir.
